All Association funds remain the property of the Association and are held in accounts titled in the Association’s name. Alfa Homes does not exercise independent financial discretion and does not make spending decisions without board authorization.
Alfa Homes does not provide legal, tax, or investment advice. Certified public accountants, tax professionals, and other financial advisors are engaged directly by the Association at the direction of the Board when required.
